What Campaigns are included through the base game and buying the DLC's?

I have a buddy that wants to join and I want make sure he gets everything that will be beneficial. Especially now that everything is on sale.

AFAIK there are no campaigns included in the base game anymore. It's all DLC

So what DLC's still have campaign because I heard that there is no more campaign for Foresaken?
