As the title says. When I look on DIM it’s showing a “good roll” but it’s listing double perks on a weapon that only has one selected. Am I missing something or is this a bug?

It's a bug, it's showing the curated perks as well as an alternative selection. Probably to do with how Bungie made enhancement work.
