Problem with obtaining the last 2 facets for Prismatic | Destiny 2 LFG | Page 1

I feel like I'm running into a bug trying to get the Facet of Dominance and Awakening

So if I'm remembering this correctly I need the Memory Vestige: Light, around 5 I think and then do a Cyst

#

And then from doing that Cyst I'll get a special Memory that, if I open my map will show me an objective I can go complete and get those facets

#

My issue however is that when I do any random Cyst, I don't get anything. Right now I'm at 10 vestiges and those 2 are my last facets. Is this a bug?

delete one and then go to a cyst to get another one

Oh right I should also mention I've already completed all the available quests like yesterday. I mean literally everything
