Don't know what to farm

Im some what new to this game and dont know what to farm for high stat armor and materials. Looking for friends to grind this game with and help me out.

top gear has only a minor benefit. just put on a ghost mod like resilience and do activities

I got to soft cap and did my powerfuls currently at 1970 I just dont know what to do after that.

all thats left are my pinnicales and 2 of them are locked behind payed dungeon keys and a nightfall which is too difficult for me.

Last wish is my only pinnical that I can do but have no idea how to do it.

way to go on the grind, but there's so many activities to do. campaigns, quests, exotic missions, raids, dugeons

level doesn't matter in a group activity, if they host you get auto leveled up. And they have sick loot that'll make level grinding more fun

for lfgs u can join ones that help teach new players or with sherpas thats how i learned most raids

what are the best activites to do for loot? like for prisms ascendent shards and overall just good loot ig

fastest way to get base gear… its still crucible right? just dash in and get gear that way. matches go pretty quick. although you might lose your pinnacle chance that way

if you do three crucible matches it gives you the pinnacle

pinnacle is best saved for last to get

no. each armor and weapon has a power level

when you get close to max level. i think 1780

you can only get the last 10 points from pinnacle gear

so usually its recommended to go for legendary gear activities before the pinnacle ones

of course if your level is low enough it doesn’t matter and you can probably do fine just speedrushing crucible

okay i see. is it worth grinding out the ranks in gambit, crucible, and vanguard??

honestly. only once to get the seasonal weapon at 15. that usually comes with a skin the second time you get to rank 15

i think they also give legendary gear and ascendent orbs when you reset your card?

pretty sure ascendent shards have better ways to get them
