Anyone know if u have to play the entire campaign/side missions to unlock prismatic on second character and other fragments

the fragments are account wide, as for ability's i am missing quest for extra abilities

i beat the campaign and still have abilities locked

there is 6 swords in the lost city on pale heart

you gotta do each 1 to get the abilities

they are spawned there if you did the quest line on another char

"the queen" 1 and 2 give the abilities you were missing (nade/melee attack)

the hollow give the 1 aspect 1 super
