#Reliable +0 farm above Soft Cap post-Lightfall?

Since blues went away above the soft cap after Lightfall, most of the traditional sources of +0 drops don't work any more.

I'm aware that there's a small chance of any drop being +1 powerful as of TFS, but aside from this RNG is there anywhere left to farm +0 drops?
