only final boss give u pinnacle right ? the previous encounter doesn't give u powerful or not ?

In the latest dungeon (WR) you get four pinnacles for your first completion, one per encounter and a bonus at the final boss. In rotator dungeons (Duality) only the final boss gives a single pinnacle.

Same logic applies to raids, Crota's End rewards 5 pinnacles total, Last Wish gives one pinnacle at the end (not sure if you need an ephemeral key or not)
