#Dreaming Spectrum Shader Dropping in LW

I've been farming Kalli all day with no luck to get it back.

Does anyone know if it still drops from random weapons and armor in last wish? Maybe someone else has gotten it during this week? Thanks.

Completely random drop chance. I got mine 15~ full clears in.
