I skipped the New Light tutorial after resetting my Titan, and now I can’t unlock Void class

I reset my Titan and skipped the New Light tutorial. I have Arc by default and I unlocked Solar after picking the solar starter pack, but I can’t figure out how to unlock Void

It’s grayed out in my menu and says to talk to Ikora, but that doesn’t do anything. Is it bugged/softlocked? Do I need to reset my character again
