when I got the bloodline at the beginning of the season I remember finishing the catalyst puzzle but not finishing the kills, now I pulled it from collection and it didn't have catalyst how ?

could be since you didn't complete the catalyst kills it doesn't count it. I know if you've previously unlocked it it is already available to re-apply from collections
my guess is that progress you made on it was reset when you dismantled the original
if you wanna redo the dungeon stuff to get it on the new copy we can rock it out real quick if you're down
