If I claim the Artifact on my Titan, and then turn in Bounties on my Warlock, will it still level the Artifact? Or just the season pass?

just check your warlock if it has the artifact. I'm pretty sure artifacts are account wide now so yeah. you'd level it

Any idea what bounties still give XP++? Havent seen any in the few vendors Ive looked at

there's only weekly and daily bounties. weekly give 12k and daily give 6k
