if you ignite an enemy and either that ignition hits an unstopp or the unstoppable ignites that stuns them

celestial fire is ranged and so is snap (kind of) you dont have to be in melee range to activate radiant with a charged melee

you also dont have to hit the barrier, you can just hit any enemy
