Celestial is more consistent and it’s lest time spent in super. Doesn’t matter if you die or can’t get orbs.

It does more damage but takes a tiny bit more setup. It’s just a situational difference and you can probably make either work in any scenario
If the boss is far away or you are dying a lot, just use celestial

Just run Celestial. Blade Barrage is just for if you are looking to do optimal dmg for certain encounters
