when final shape starts you can enhance these perks

PvE: Edge transit, mountaintop, Luna's Howl//Succession in that order. The others are good, but I think these take priority imo.
PvP: Elsie's, midnight coup, blast furnace, Luna's Howl.

Some people may think different order etc, but this is primarily what you would be looking for...
