they arent too bad solo as long as you have moderate experience with higher level content

tbh anything works, just make sure you have reliable champ stun
i believe the difficulty is close to if not the same as a gm
but gms are more difficult in ad density, mechanics, etc
some lost sectors have less ads than some strikes have in single sections
Like for example, the lost sector today is overload/barrier, so that gives you a good amount of options
You could run something like gyrfalcons with any void primary, which will give consistent shield pierce, you could run suppression nades, a chill clip weapon or just an auto rifle or pulse for the overloads
Or if you can manage enough damage and you have the crowd control, you could just burst them down without stunning them
