Which raid encounters (not entire raids) would you say are the hardest in the game?

nah i think the title is definitely either crota 1 or crota 3

crota himself needs just 3 competent people and a well, same with something like vault

crota 3 if you dont 1phase which is likely with bad lfgs needs 4+ people doing a job most of those lobotomites cant comprehend

and crota 1 is just hell because either you outrun your entire team or they skip ahead and have nobody to take chalice

most encounters are decently easy i usually rate their difficulty in terms of how hard they are to learn, and i would say probably exhibition from vow is one of the hardest just because of how many moving parts there are

My personal take is legit Riven and Exhibition. Both require coordination and communication.

I've had teams where I ask, "hey, what is X?", and ask 2-4 ,times in case my mic isn't picking me up and get SILENCE.

And everyone can hear me just fine btw, but no one wants to do any actual mechanics and it causes us to wipe.

Hot take but i actually enjoy planets encounter. When everyone is doing it correctly, its very satisfying to complete the encounter

But thats the problem, its one of those encounters where a lot of ppl struggle so i would put it up there too

I would also def agree with crota 1, crota 3, vow 1, vow 3, and throw in gos 4 because no one can do the boss correctly idk why

Idk if it's some sort of selective bias or somthing but I might die once- maybe twice in -20 pantheon runs, wheras I'm constantly hearing "oh shoot my colossus killed me"

Or "oh shoot I died as I finished dark side orbs for nez"
