so not much better stat wise

if ur playing gamemodes that have revives as a thing, theres a fragment where you get restoration on revive. thats useful.
outside of that i'd go for stat bonuses

Reloader for your primary weapon
and recouperation is a gamechanger on your boots

i would focus disi
if you want resil and recovery focusing disi means you have a higher odds of getting better stats you want in the top colum
focusing resil means your chances of getting high disi are way worse than disi focusing giving good combos of resil and recovery

Do not do this.
Focus discipline. That will guarantee a "high" roll on discipline, and a chance at high rolls on resil and recovery.
For PvP you normally roll the same, but you can always try rolling recovery to get a higher intellect build.

You can roll disi spikes with resil focus your odds are just worse than focusing resil
