Honestly just slug swapping with your best handling slugs like heritage and nessa’s, ophidians on warlock works pretty well but its not strictly necessary, you could just do sunbracers to make up for lack of primary

Thats the only real application for a tractor rotation
You can also kinda use tractor on caretaker but you kinda switch off of it after using it on him on the 3rd plate

Tractor double slug is still very good. Double pellet works too. If you want to use a reload based build you could use rapid fire frames and do:
Tractor, empty primary, empty secondary, reload ability, repeat.
I've done this a few times and the damage is actually really solid for a tractor player.
I usually use stasis hunter to get 4 reloads. However, you can do similar things on strand, and rain of fire on warlock.
