I am under the impression that apply any weaken effect while tractors debuff is not yet expired will refresh the 30%

Div for the easy crit spot on rhulk and tractor for sentinel or stronghold titan to tank both rhulks just for the extra 30% debuff.

Carrying week 4? You should not be running a tractor in a carry run rhulk your damage is already going to be incredibly low

Our group was able to hit ~60% with a tractor and div. So in Theory if no one needs to dodge both rhulksz damage shouldn't be an issue

As per the damage stacking spreadsheet updated on March 13 2024, tractor is a 30% debuff
So assuming everyone is doing damage. 4 people doing damage, we can assign 100 per player, netting with 400 damage, tractor gives 30% x 4 = 120%.
That would then equate to 520 damage between 4 people doing an extra persons damage and a bit more. The carry can be thrown on div

Because some people cannot survive so I am having to think of alternative ways for the survivability of others.
A senitinal titan blocking or a strong hold titan blocking both rhulks will net 0 damage
So having them on tractor will then support the team.

Tractor does not increase survivability but for rhulk just push him off map

No, tractor provides the support. The titans blocking and drawing aggro provides the survivability.

Div won't refresh, but the sword from duality can if you're doing the stronghold strat. That may be a way to find some very minor damage uptime and keep the tractor refreshed.
Otherwise, void souls keep it up for an extra ~15 seconds iirc.
