I got Godslayer title but no progress towards Journey Rank 10 for Titles. Any Ideas?

Is it because its a newer title?

Or it could also be that it doesnt count limited time titles?

same kind of issue as literally every season of iron banner

bungie have to manually update stuff like that and they dont bother until a hotfix like 1.5 seasons afterwards
