most you can get from the monument to lost light that's inbetween the vaults in the tower
others come from quests tide to expansions/seasons all of the seasonal ones once the year is up will move to the monument of lost light while the expansions will only move to it the expansion is vaulted
in the case of hawkmoon you can get it from Xur each weekend with a different set of barrels mags and perks he will also have one other exotic weapon
