#No exotic at the end of legendary with queen campaign?

just finished all missions on legendary for the witch queen and all i got was a resonant alloy at the end. is that normal? last time i did legendary i got a choice of exotics

head to the enclave and talk with ikora or the evidence board

also you cant do it more than once per character
