i've finished all 3 quests for whisper and i cannot select any white nail masterworks, any barrel, any mag or any stocks. does anyone else have this problem and is there a fix?

You need to get the Oracles to upgrade White Nail. All can be done on normal. (Plus you get the ship)
Quests are only for the extra Perks

Should be Oracles 1, 3, and 5 that give White Nail II, III, and IV. The rest are for the Ship
