Cant acquire Trust Goes Both Ways Quest

I am trying to complete evidence board quests, and one says complete "TGBW" to get the evidence board quest, but cant find it anywhere. I have completed all of WQ campaign, have checked my quest archive, and also Fynch.

Any help on this at all?

You pick up that quest from Fynch. If you have it, you go to the miasma. Try googling it bruh, it'll be there.
