If all is lost, play the first boss encounter of Prophecy dungeon on that platform with a drop all around it. You will die a lot but helps with muscle memory for dodging
Otherwise, practice and look out for patterns of how some enemies shoot their projectiles so you can dodge

If you’re arc, id suggest using precious scars
Having a good build on stasis titan should negate the need for healing because muh dr
Void has very good survivability with the right setup
Hunter has arc. Just punch things
Or run healing nades on solar
