not easy, but GM nightfalls this week until tuesday, they give double rewards and will give you 1-3 exotics per run

the fastest is definitely legend lost sectors, but the exotics are on a per-day basis

and its not guaranteed you get an exotic each run

Keep an eye out on vex public events as well, some days they pop up a ton and they are weighed towards unowned exotics.
