If you get a shiny with cascade and envious both in column 3 then you’re goated (with bns). Just gotta switch between them mid combat. Envious to overflow, then swap to cascade for the rate of fire increase

Deconstruct has its uses but it's getting nerfed

However in such a way that envious decon used to be troll now it makes some sense

I'd keep it anyway but keep farming for envious bait and switch, ideally with either spike nades or mini frags

Deconstruct is good if you're ever fighting a vehicle, that's pretty much it

It's 40% extra damage to vehicles or constructs, it currently creates ammo out of thin air but from TFS will be only from reserves

It's objectively better than B&S if you're fighting a vehicle so I'd say it's worth having one around
