I’ve tested this on every raid and wasted way too many spoils

The only one you can is Vow and KF but only for the adept/harrowed ones

The raid vendor will give a guaranteed red and if you do the RB puzzle you will get another red border. That’s it. They both cost spoils. You’re confused

You can’t just sit there and spend 250 spoils and try get a random red to drop. It won’t happen

Then bungie changes the crafting system by removing the crafting mats and made only craftable weapons drop as RBs

Okay i personally have spent like 250 spoils on crota only to get zero reds but thats just my exp but at the same time i did get red by spending spoils on kf but this was during the week it was featured

The chance is very low. I've done the same thing, other times I'll pull 2 or 3 in a row.
