I didnt have this happen before and cant tell if its normal and cant be controlled. It seems to lag my game and annoying to have so much blinding light.

probably have hdr on or something

makes ur screen look rly exposed and extreme colours

u can change it in ur pc settings or destiny settings

yeah it's adaptive brightness, a setting on your monitor
