Does anybody have a broken way to boost Graviton Lance damage? I love the exotic but it feels underwhelming to me and I have no way to get the catalyst as a PS4 player without spending way too much money on PS Plus. Any tips?

If you can't pay for PS Plus you should probably play something besides Destiny.
Or get a PC so all you need is an internet connection and buy the game again

Probably. But I'll still play because I have nothing better to do, unless I want to go back to my Dark Souls sweatlord phase. . . so any tips?

You kinda need the catalyst otherwise it will be mid, but if you want to make it better without, use a void build and put on aspects that give you volatile rounds
That at least makes it a bit better, but there are better void guns to use since you don’t have catalyst

The catalyst is just aim assist? Doesn't add anything DMG wise so it's completely fine without
But otherwise yuvitron is right, just use a void build, volatile rounds maybe, and void surges,
Pair it with a nice void heavy to take advantage of surge mods twice. Edge transit is a great choice e.g

As others have said, run surges with Volatile Rounds. Cat really only helps in PvP
cause you get Vorpal + 20 range + Overshield when breaking shield of someone in their super
Besides, you shouldn't be using a Primary to damage bigger targets. Graviton is meant for ad-clearing
