Weekly featured raid/dungeon farming question

I understand that if the dungeon/raid is the weekly featured dungeon/raid you can farm it an indefinite amount of times to get new loot and a chance for the exotic, but what about the non featured dungeon/raid?

For example, I still need the Ghosts of the deep dungeon exotic but its not the weekly futured dungeon.

can I have at least one chance on each character to get the Ghosts of the deep dungeon exotic even though its not the weekly futured dungeon? Or will I have to wait until its featured?

so if i do the boss of ghosts of the deep right now even though its not the weekly featured dungeon it has a chance of giving me the exotic?

can i farm crota multiple times on the same character to get red boarder weapons and the materials required to craft necrocasm?

for crota, multiple clears on the same char will give spoils instead

the encounters can still drop the oversoul needed for necro tho

Will the non featured dungeons keep dropping weapons if i keep clearing it multiple times on the same character? I know warlords ruin will constantly drop weapons that have already been obtained, what about GoTD?

for dungeons that aren't warlord's, they won't drop anything on repeat clears

does the same apply for raids? such as, since RoN isn't featured right now, multiple clears on the same character will just drop spoils?
