i just got the harrowed smite of merain, it came with no selected perks but it had firefly and demo and it let me pick ANY masterwork i wanted
is that normal or is there something im missing here?
and i do mean ANY masterwork, it even had shield duration, impact, blast radius, stuff that shouldnt be on a smite of merain (smite of merain is a pulse rifle for those of u who dont know)
