Can you farm the spire of the watcher final boss (or whole dungeon if required) to get the exotic or is it only once per character per week even if it's the rotator?

its currently featured. so all you gotta do is farm the final boss over and over again

it never requires a full clear. and on non-featured weeks its once per character per week
