get some clears (like 20-40 of each raid at least) and then just go for trio runs with people from the lowman hub. they're willing to teach lowmans just like people teach 6man clears here
Trio VoG and trio RoN is probably the easiest without many mechanical changes

I have 500 nezzy checkpoint clears and people still run with me
