I know they don’t stack together however, When you use both divinity and tractor together will damage register as crit but do the damage of tractor debuff?(if that makes sense)

div's debuff overrides tractor, so it would be like just using div

although the viability of using both at the same time is pretty low

For example I have two teammates doing damage to boss and each is using tractor and divinity

I have a weapon that has precisions instrument

I do damage to the boss, tractor overrides divinity however damage registers as crit due to divinity so that means precision instrument will activate ?

Would it be worth the damage for weapons that have perks they require crits like cascade point and precision instrument

Tractor overrides as it is a higher debuff

I know but it also counts as precision damage so perks like cascade and precision instrument activate due to the divinity bubble

or you can just run tractor and hit the head like a normal person
