Ornament Disappeared

Just claimed my ornament in the inventory yet not an option to equip.

like if the helmet is a moonfang helmet and you're trying to transmog is it dissapears

and no i cant buy it again its gone from the vendor

yes i looked in the collection page and its there but i dont have the ability to equip said ornament

Also if its an iron banner armor piece your purchased then it's just added to your collection like a normal drop. it's not instantly a "skin"

you still have to spend your synthweave
