I remember it giving a 30-35% dmg buff, but no one's really using it? did it get changed? is it not worth it? does it not stack with other stuff?

had to make the description short because of character limit but I also wonder if it stacks with stuff like well radiant, Bait and switch and surge mods

It’s a buff

It overrides well/bubble and stacks multiplicatively with weapon perks and surge mods

In that sense it’s basically a 10% damage buff (assuming you have a well) that you sacrifice your kinetic slot for

Its not necessary in any activity, because players have access to so many different buffs and debuffs. Its used alot in speedruns where you have to optimize every second but for the regular player its never necessary.

The problem is that not having izanagis messes up your apex predator rotation which no one wants to do with LFGs who might well be using th*nderlord
