If we’re talking base grenade damage without exotics buffing them the highest grenade damage is thermite grenades.

But keep in mind it’s damage over time and they burn in a straight line so if enemy moves out of the line the damage stops

For verity’s brow builds I’d say fusion grenades are the best and grapple grenades are fantastic as well . If you want solar grenades might as well just use sunbracers

I’d still take fusion grenades since they have very high burst damage and are amazing with touch of flame aspect
