For example path of burning steps, gives you surges with grenede kills. Does adding time dilation to class item make that longer?

Or does the time dilation only extend the surges you equip on your boots?

i just tested it with foeracer which i assume works the same as burning steps and it didnt work

was 10 seconds without and with 3 time dilations

its funny because the 4 surge thing is just a 3% bonus over 3x surge mods
