Oh should have worded better. Fixed. But thanks that answers my question. Never used them before but saw a video where apparently it buffs allies and does alot of extra damage etc.

the damage increase is 15% for stasis weapons from what i remember but it doesnt stack with surfes and stuff anymore so its doo doo
