Ive got the weapon pattern for sword breaker but how do i use the relic to enhance perks

if you have it unlocked to be craftable, you just go to the enclave relic and craft it in the "shape" menu

#

then lvl it to lvl 20, go to "reshape" and put on the enhanced perks you want
