It’s a bug currently in the game . There is nothing you can do other than be patient . The other reason is someone reported you for some reason an you may have gotten a temporary ban or something

Happened to me on Xbox and I had a 24 hours ban couldn’t open text chat or vc
There was a cheat let’s call it some time back where through text chat somehow idk how people could do more damage on oryx using whisper of the worm and ever since some player every once in a while randomly get a ban from text chat
People would get their text chat disabled due to a fake red flag the game’s system detects
And it disables your chat thinking you’re trying to cheat
It’s been happening more often lately. Makes texting and joining fireteams on LFG a nightmare
