#FOV bug, CVARS not fixing

Have not played in over a year used to have to mess with cvars files in order to get my FOV to properly display 105 but now nothing seems to work? Any information would be greatly appreciated!!

is it at like 50 fov or why does it matter? Just get used to the smaller fov
