You need to wait for Final Shape to get enhanced double perk attune. They mentioned it on the Stream about Brave Arsenal windows change will not impact that all enhanced attunes will be Final Shape

You have to do the weapon quest for the gun and randomly get it from the brave chest (10 brave tokens)

You get double perks on the special brave weapons. If if has the neat ornament it can get double perks. Its also possible for non brave curated rolls to have double

Yh tbh don’t listen to me the Shiny specials I heard weren’t till final shape but I’ve seen some randomly drop at a real low rng level

So the shiny specials are obtainable UNTIL final shape and after that they are removed and you can only get normal
For double perks you need to have the shiny version and to answer your question yes it's luck based

yeah I was late to answer that but the same applies to all curated rolls

if you get it curated then it won't haev double perks and like he said you got it from the quest, and that will guarantee just that, the curated roll

I don't know if it has been confirmed but playing almost non stop since release I estimate about 2-5%

so just to be perfectly clear I don't know, that has just been my experience

Double perks drops have a small chance to drop from the chest next to Shaxx or every time you do onslaught

When you kill the boss for example wave 10,20,30,40,50 it has a chance to drop double perks

Legend difficulty increases the chances but it is not GUARANTEED. I did a legend 50 wave run and got 3 double perks drop, not the perks I wanted but nonetheless
