dose end boss drop all weapons or do i need them first for them to drop?
i dont have the liner and its not
droppimng form him, so i am wondering if its because i havent gotten it?

Unfortunately no, the final boss can only drop the Pulse,GL and glave, your wanting to complete the first two encounters for the Linier (not including "Push the payload" at the very start)

Encounters always have a fixed loot table.

You'll need to farm (repeat) the encounter again till you get your first onethe Pulse, GL and glave will drop on his death
