a bit of a damage/super active regeneration puzzle

Saw some guy run shards galanor scatter signal dragons breath and got his super back to deal again at the ogre goa boss

Apart from the exotic giving 50% does dealing weapon damage really give enough super back to cast again

Or was there some special mod or artefact or goa mechanic I don’t know about

Dragons breath generates a bit of super damage from damage over time . However fusion rifles give a huge super energy when dealing damage especially rapid fire frames since they fire 9 bolts

shoot your fusion and check your super bar, it moves pretty obviously
