Prior TWiD fairly sure, they confirmed they were altering Chill Clip at some point to vary in slow based on what it was rolled on. I can't find it currently though. I hope I'm not just crazy.
They mentioned wanting to fix the disparity between things like Riptide and other sources of it.

Find a good team and try to consistently 2 floor caretaker which isn’t hard while doing challenge ( he drops forbearance and cataclysmic which are the two best weapons from the raid)
