Wish token trouble

Did Wish Token quests, got 5 Apex Predators, dismantled all and didnt get a single pattern. anyone had the same prob?

If it helps anyone figure something out, its on a new acc and i havent done Arrival yet on it. dont see why it would be a problem, but mentioning it just in case

if you don't have access to crafting then you can't get red boarders

Yeah like Fitness said, you need access to the crafter to get Red Borders to drop. Sorry you wasted your tokens 😦
