I understand Ceno won't drop from Lost Sectors if I don't own Lightfall but what if I unlock it with Wish tokens? Will it then start to drop because it will be in my collection even though I don't have Lightfall?

Items drop based on whether they are in your collections afaik if you can get via tokens i don't see why they wont drop from sectors
