I have the anual passes for all the dlc

#

On steam and after unlinking my useless xbox account i now have all the dlc but no dungeon key access

and i cant find anywhere to contact customer support

I think you’re more or less out of luck for 80 days, they give you a warning about what will be lost. Annual pass is not linked to owning the dungeons.

Ah, usually when someone has this issue they unlinked the account they bought stuff on and that causes the issues.

In that case you could put in a ticket on bungie help. There’s a section for eververse and silver, which includes add ons. Must be a weird glitch.

If you didn’t buy anything on Xbox then nothing should’ve been taken away.

what i think has happend is that the anual pass gets bound to an account but the expansions are general

so because ive been playing onm my xbox account through steam the anual passes got linked to that account

but now after ive unlinked it ive lost all my anual passes but retained my dlcs and therefore no dungeon keys

It should be the other way around. Buying a season lets you play that on all accounts. Buying dlc is account specific.

Things you can buy with silver are not platform locked, I think is how their reasoning works.

maybe the dlcs are spread across multiple accounts. so for exmaple 2 dungeons on epicgames, 1 dlc on console and rest on steam
